"This is a generically listed restaurant. However, they would label walk-in guests as outsiders. After initially being asked to wait for 30 mins, one of the staffs asked to return to the reception, labeling as outsiders. There is no clear communication on the policy and for such a restaurant, the staffs need the basic etiquette training that they lacked. Inaccurate listing and unclear communication put with substandard etiquette has made the whole experience distasteful"

"I was doubtful after seeing the reviews but this place was a pleasant surprise. It is a good choice for pure vegetarians. We dined in for 3 days and enjoyed our experience. We ordered Ghee phulka rotis tasty and well made Veg kofta , kadai vegetable slightly oily but had a lot of vegetables and spicy. North limited thali fulfilling meal, had phulka rotis, rice and curries along with papad, dal and sweet. Aloo paratha and plain paratha were nice too. The tea was a little milky for our preference. Overall neat place. Would recommend."

"Nice vegetarian thali .. don’t order anything else . Only thali is good , we ordered bhindi masala and had to return .. service is good and fresh food .. this is Tamil version of thali .. if you need kerela version , try another one ."

"This is first time in my life I writing a review after getting a replay. I rated Hotel Pune veg before and decided not to write a review coz my experience in that place was neutral so ended the story with two star rating. But see the way he replied to me. And also I doubted that the reviews seen in place was written by the owner itself or it is paid reviews. Almost 80% of reviewer are written only for this hotel. looking strange? And I promise to the owner of this property that I will come again to you just prove my authenticity as I am regular traveller on this road. Do not force every one for positive response. If people don't like your service or food take it on a positive sense and try to improve your self."
