"This is the 3rd continuous year we ordered food from Deccan Spice for my son birthday, every time hosting close to 80 people, no doubt, the food was awesome. We do not surf around to any other restaurant, we always prefer Deccan. This time we ordered the food in package format as recommended by Ashwin that worked out very well which save lot our time as well as cost effective. Each and everyone appreciated about the food in the function which includes the highlight 555 chicken and double ka meeta. I would thank Ashwin who actually suggested to go for package deal instead of individual trays. Within the package we have the luxury of customizing the options of starter, veg, non veg starters, curry and main course. By end of the function it was almost everything was over including the NAN which is a wonder. On top of this yearly function thing we are group of 6 families who prefer wednesday buy 1 get 1 biriyani which I want mention as a final sweet note."

"Great place. Very limited seating so you may have to take it to go. Great food. Perfect food portions. The guacamole is fantastic. They have one third of their menu dedicated to vegetarian and ask for no cheese and sour cream and it will be vegan. I will visit again and again."

"The waiter didn’t seem very interested in serving us. He rarely came to the table and didn’t bring out bread when we asked him twice. The food was good, a little heavy from what I am used to in Italy. I would rate this as slightly better than your average American Italian restaurant, nothing to really write home about"

"Tasty ribs with a good assortment of beers and other beverages. Kung Pao cauliflower was very good and has made me a cauliflower diner now. Also, plenty of large TV monitors to stay on top of any sporting events. One minor issue is that the area is busy with many other dining establishments and thus, parking can be difficult to find."

"Food was delicious. However, when I ordered the Black and Bleu skirt steak salad I was informed that it was no longer available and was no longer going to be offered. (That is unfortunate as it is one of my very favorites My second choice was the baramundi (also a favorite) , but again I was informed that it was not available. Both were on the menu, however! I was very disappointed. I think the items on the menus should have at least been lined through or the wait staff should immediately inform the customer that the particular item (s) are not available. Although the bleu cheese burger I had was delicious, it did not make up for the items I would have preferred. I asked to speak to a manager, spoke with a young man and told him how frustrated I was. He apologized, but made no gesture to make up for the negative experience. I found out later he was not a manager, but someone who oversees the tasting room. I was informed the “management” was in a meeting. My husband and I have been wine club members for several years. We frequent the restaurant in Naperville regularly. I have never been as unhappy with a CH experience as I was yesterday. Pamela Pulice"
