"HIDDEN GEM We arrived tired hungry to Newcastle, Greasers did not disappoint! It was a pleasant surprise to find a 100% vegan American burger joint connected to such a cool bar (The Family Hotel . Not only were the staff super friendly but we arrived on Trivia Night where the host (Andrew gracious played us some sweet kiwi tunes. To top it all off his beautiful “Golden Retriever” Theo was there to keep us company. All in all a great bar with amazing food, beer and people : Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Fries, The Classic Burger"

"Had a breakfast here on 27th December. The first waitress was lively the others seemed very grumpy and put out having to deliver food. Food was good came out quickly, we had mega melt. Coffee came out after the meal and it was the worst coffee I have ever had. The coffee was bitter and was too hot to drink. We left them had we of been able to get someone's attention we would of asked for a refund as oddly it is table service but you pay upfront. Next time I'll go to Gloria jeans !"
