"Ordered for 4 people tonight and waited over an hour. It was fairly busy but there was no apology pretty rude and many people were given their order before us even though we ordered way before them. It wasn’t only us, others orders were over an hour and some who booked were over 20 minutes late. I would not recommend this place at all. Avoid!"

"Great pub, great staff, great atmosphere. I love it. I had roast beef, and it fell apart in my mouth. The vegetables were cooked to perfection and I throughly enjoyed it all. Dessert was amazing to. Quick polite service. Will be recommending and certainly coming back for more 10/10"

"Visited for lunch with family and friends. Wide choice of starters and mains. The service is old fashioned and excellent with, usually silver service currently curtailed due to social distancing. The starters were excellent. I had the calamari and, to be honest , I could have walked out content after that. The lamb cutlets were divine and the veg superb. My guests, two Canadians, were awed with both the food and service. OK it costs a bit more than Weatherspoons but the food is on a totally different level."
