"I wish I could pack this place up in my suitcase and bring it back home to Auckland with me because this was by far the best Vietnamese food I've had so far. <br/ <br/ I agree with some of the other reviews in that the beef pho did lack the fresh herbs and lime etc which made it seem less authentic, but to be honest I had nothing to complain about. The Saigon rice paper rolls were so tasty and fresh, as was the fried tofu highly recommend!<br/ <br/ The staff were really friendly and the service was nice and laid back. It was all pretty reasonably priced as well. <br/ <br/ So happy we stumbled across this place!"

"Went here last night and ordered 'The Vegan Patch ' pizza – one of the best vegan pizzas I 've had! Loved the beetroot hummus base! AND an added bonus – every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday is half price pizza. Nice little rooftop area with some nice views of the lake and mountains. Definitely recommend checking it out."

"Great Pizzas. Really fresh and tasty. Staff were super friendly. Nice decorations that fits a pizza and bar place. It’s a bit pricy though; we paid nearly 100$ for two standard size pizzas and three soft drinks."

"We had one of each of the vegetarian/vegan pies (all vegetarian pies are actually vegan, which is noted on their menu), a large wrap in which we chose falafel, hummus with salads and two soy lattes. The wrap was huge and filled to a point I have never seen a wrap filled, the falafel is baked and not fried, the pies were both amazing and the lattes were the best coffee we have had in New Zealand (a little frothy for lattes though). Options for your meat eating friends as well, although this cafe could easily function as a completely vegetarian or vegan cafe. Maybe in the near future"

"I came to brunch and had the Vegan Morning Glory, which was absolutely delicious. I dug too fast and forgot to grab a photo, but it might not have been too attractive because it looked like everything had just been tipped on the plate. Despite appearance, everything was perfect. I suppose it should be a vegan big breakfast, lots of vegetables on bread, but everything was very well flavored. I'm generally not a mushroom man, but these mushrooms were something else. They are not very spoiled for choice when you are after vegan options, there are about 5 vegan options in all their menus that are different for each day. So for breakfast there was a vegan option with two vegetarian options that you could make vegan. And for dinner, you are limited to your own Buddha-Schüssel or Pommes.... There's a vegan pizza available after 12:00, which I would have liked to try, but I was too early. If you are looking for vegetarian options, you have a little more choice. Overall, I have an evaluation of 3 out of 5 because, while my breakfast was delicious, there are not enough vegan options compared to the rest of the menu."

"Came here for food one night, food was okay. Nothing special. Staff were friendly and efficient.<br/ <br/ Came here again another night and spent time upstairs drinking. Upstairs atmosphere was great! Drinks were good and very reasonably priced. The music was good and they had the fire going so it felt nice and cosy."
