"At the weekend we were eating at the tannenzaple. the restaurant is quite new, has open kitchen and nice ambiente. the menu was quite lean, usually only rösti in all variations. of the fish was only trout in the offer, appetizers, salads and desserts have also missed. the restaurant was not booked, yet it took at least one hour until we got the food. the trout was heavily salted, otherwise I expected a lot more from eating. a restaurant according to 4-star principle where the cooks carry in an open kitchen cape is a no-go. Price/quality ratio is over-elevated (for rösti with a disc leberkäse and a mirror you pay 14.50 eur, the steaks cost from 25 to 65 eur per 250 gramm), late-zle only if you ask. children's card? misdisplay! we took coffee with black-forested cherry tarts. the torte was right there, only the coffee was forgotten. but you have not forgotten to calculate. I missed an apology or a small reparation definitiw. it was our first and last time in this restaurant."
