"I love NY fries. My daughter and I go to one in Edmonton frequently. I was so excited to find one in NS as was my daughter and our friend who is from NS. We ordered the vegie one con sisting of fries, cheese sauce , tomatoes and green onions. We were charged and then told they had no tomatoes or green onions. They apatently knew this before we were charged and offered no subsitutions upon telling us this. Payed 26 somethi g for fries cheese sause and a little sour cream.the servers were rude seemed pissed that we tried to change our order after finding out what we had wanted was not what they had and were 0 help. Will not come back."
