"This is a mini vegetarian buffet on a busy market street. Serves a variety of vegetables and tofu, just take a plate and pliers and fill! Very cheap, I had a small plate of food for 55TWD. There are no English, but google cards will take you to the right place. Just look for the vegetarian sign: 食"

"It’s a nice restaurant and a little more pricy but worth it. The normal menu has no english translation but the waitress showed us on her phone the english version and she was really helpful. It’s possible to ask the staff to leave for example milk out of the dish."

"I have eaten twice here, and both experiences were excellent. the restaurant serves vegetarian versions of various Taiwanese traditional dresses, including noodle dishes. during my visit I tried the sesame oil hotpot, green, purple rice, 2 noodle shell combinations and their sweet red bean dessert. every single bite was delicious. my favorite was the pumpkin noodle dish. the owners seem very excited about their food, and explains to my (Taiwanese) friend all the special things they do to prepare it. Note that the menu is in mandarin, and the owners do not speak much English. the atmosphere is rocky; warm and soothing. service was fast and attentive. the cost were somewhat higher than what would be paid for similar roads (non-vegetarian) tariff, but I would say it is worth the cost. I was impressed by this restaurant and can not wait to get back!"
