"Beautifiul site yes but the food is not good. Bacon paper thin, small eggs and still very expensive for what you get. Bad odor in the restaurant from the paper thin bacon. Too much cost cutting has moved this restaurant way down the list...as a choice."

"This was my second time at Olivia. I thought we should give it a second try as the first try we got a gift certificate as we complained about the food. (We never complain) however, my pasta tasted like it was soaked overnight in seat salt and my boyfriends pasta tasted like pine nuts! We asked the server what he recommended after making the comment about the pasta and he said to try the beef next time even though they are a "Italian" restaurant. Tonight we decided to give it another try as mentioned above. My beef was okay but not with for price. The presentation was also not appetizing as my mashed potatoes were soaked in gravy. My boyfriends beef tartar did not even taste like beef due to the strong lemon spices used on it. To top it all off he had a piece of cork in his wine. The service was also slow, the server had not yet taken our drink requests and asked what our main course would be. Unfortunately I thought the first time was just a bad day but I would refrain from visiting if you want quality Italian food or simply quality service! Felt bad for the servers!"

"I had a salad with pulled beef. Very good, the hot sauce was truly hot (good). My wife had a small veggie Burrito with a blend of hot and medium sauce, she liked it.The big negative was NO COFFEE. Seems it the chains policy. Why? Mexico is a coffee producing country - so... Canadians are big time coffee drinkers as Tim Hortons will confirm.So enjoy the food but bring your own coffee."

"Very enjoyable meal! Loved my cod linguine main meal with table d’hôte; the Cesar salads was amazing and fresh. Our waitress brought us some bread with choices of butter, and we grilled it ourselves with masks on at the grill. Loved the garlic butter, as well as the basil butter. The pizza was great also. We ordered the hot dessert with apple crumbs and ice cream. Amazing experience!"
