"If it wasn't for the burger and onion rings I would never go back. The root beer mug was filled to the brim and spilled on the tray making the rings soaked. They fill the frosted mug right away when you you order and then...you wait 5 minutes for the food and the mug is no longer frosted. Hard to find people who appreciate a job. See ya!!!!!"

"That was our first time in her pub. my wife came into her earlier, but I've never been. first we were hit by our amazing server holly, she was so personal and friendly. second, the eating was the heavens. the buffalo packaging and the club were delicious. We've separated ourselves so we've both tasted. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. We will definitely come back."

"Its barBurrito day 31 days of gracious August 3, 2020 in Woodstock Ontario. We're in line waiting thru off and on rain to get inside the restaurant to buy burritos, 3 tacos and extreme fries. We waited for over an hour. The owner came out...at 5pm to tell people way back on the line that they were closing to maintain integrity of product, cause in other words they were running out. We were next to go inside and thought whew were lucky but your scheduled hours to close is 9pm not 5pm so what the heck!!! We waited and waited and final got to the counter after waiting for an hour to order... we ask for 6 burritos and the young guy making food says, we're out of GROUND BEEF !!!!!!! And nacho cheese...WTF You can't have extreme fries, or tacos or burritos. Scheduled to not close for another 3 hours, and on a 31 days if gracious, they should've been better prepared and had more product and more staff working. What an AWFUL REPRESENTATION of 31 days gracious representation Barburitto. Woodstock location should not be allowed to represent in the next promotion. The wife kept checking with her husband about being done serving customers, she clearly didn't want to serve anymore, because of lineup. Running out of ground beef is like a Burger King running out of whoppers on whopper day, a McDonald's running out of Big Macs on $4.99 special and Taco Bell running out of Ground beef!!! It's the MAIN product of burritos, tacos, etc. RIDICULOUS, INCOMPETENCE, UNPREPARED."

"So I'm not much of a Burger King fan to begin with...and my last experiences just confirm why I'm not. Last week my boyfriend went to the Woodstock, ON location. I asked him to get me the nuggets. He comes back with chicken fries...why?...Because they didn't have nuggets. Ok...whatever. The chicken fries were still good. So tonight I thought I'd try a chicken sandwich with onion rings....well lo and behold there's no onion rings until Saturday! It's only Wednesday! So I get home and start eating my chicken burger and a tomato falls out...no problem right?! That is until I see the stem still attached to it! Seriously...who would make a sandwich with the stem still attached. All my years that I worked in fast food that end piece of tomato always got thrown out. So problems within visits after years of not going will likely lead to me not going back again for years....if ever again. I have posted on the Burger King Facebook as well with no real response other than to fill out the customer service survey. Spend the or minutes doing so but there's no where on there for anyone to contact me. So much for customer service."

"I was almost charged well over $200 for a 40 dollar bill. Only reason I wasn't was because I caught it and asked the server to fix it. She immediately obliged and apologized but I can't help but feel a little skeptical of the whole...thing. I got the Brisket sandwich and a garden salad, my fiancee got some sort of mushroom chicken thing and we got a side ceaser as well. The brisket was some of the driest I have ever had, there was almost no flavor on the sandwhich except a very minimal amount of BBQ sauce. The garden salad was ok, if anyone visits from the south I am so sorry if you get the brisket here. Not all Canada serves food like that. My fiancee didn't really comment on what she had but we both agreed the ceaser at McDonald's was better, which is saying something. Overall its a mid range place with mid range prices but low quality food. Very low quality. Last time I went to Montana's was in Orillia many years ago and I remember it being really tasty. What a shame."
