"If you order a regular butterburger, give it to you and calculate for a double. We expected a single with Pommes and after we set ourselves and had already bitten our burgers, we realized that we were sold up. We didn't have the appetite for the whole meal and we wanted ice cream there after our meal. When we drew attention to management, we got rest and indication. We have never been treated in such a way by management everywhere! Not even an apology! The burgers were good, but we will never go back to this industry."

"I tried her burger for the first time on the other day and it tasted okay. I went to lunch and waited for about 15 minutes. I ordered a Jenseits Burger and an order of small onion rings and the bill came at $20. I found it a little expensive. The burger itself tasted like homemade and the fried onion rings are just crispy, but not much onion taste."

"The chili arrived half leaked out in the bag. It was not the drivers fault. The restaurant packaged it in a to-go cup with a lid that did not fit. Extremely poor packaging."

"Was excited to see it when I was looking for something to eat in an area that I've never been to before. Haven't seen one since moving down here almost 20 years ago. But it's nothing like I experienced back home in Boston. Slow service, kinda expensive for an average, OK burger. And they screwed up the order! Don't think I'll go back."

"Great service even poolside, Jay was our server definitely deserves an increase. Jay goes out and beyond for perfect customer service. Jay always came to our Cabana consistently and to others. We were here last weekend and had him as our server. We were here last weekend, and this time we made sure that we asked him to come. Everyone is great, but if you have amazing customer service, you will get even more due to the quality of the service. Thanks Jay for not only working in this crazy heat, but to manage all customers and make sure everything and everyone was good."
