"Subway is Subway, OK, I get it. But when I ordered a veggie sub and the server was putting cheese on, two of those little triangular squares got "stuck" together. You'd think the world order was in jeopardy with the time he took to try to "un-stick" them rather than - gasp! - put an extra teeny piece of cheese on the sub. After an excruciating minute, he surrendered and put on the extra piece. When he shifted it down to the next person to continue assembling the sub, you guessed it, that person (who happened to be the boss) spotted the "extra" piece, openly chastised the kid for putting "too much cheese" on, and then he started trying to pry apart the stupid extra teeny piece of cheese. I weighed-in, saying,"He (gesturing to kid) tried to separate them." By god, he persisted for another minute and unglued the stubborn pieces. The whole thing was absurd, surreal and beyond chintzy."
