"I think this was my first time having Persian food wanted to try something new last week. This place is pretty quiet. It's in a small plaza (with very narrow parking be careful the butt of your car doesn't stick out too far . We got there around 8ish and there were only a few other people there. We started with tadigh crispy rice with our choice of stew over it. I think we chose the beef gheymeh. Very good I really liked the flavor of the stew. The crispy rice wasn't necessarily my thing, but it went well with the stew.For my main course I ordered the lamb koobideh kabob the lamb was SUPER tender but it almost melted in your mouth to the point it didn't quite have the right texture. Almost like if you ground lamb and formed it into balls? I'm almost used to the slightly more fattiness of lamb. It also came with about 6 pounds of rice which I did not finish.Overall the place was quiet, could have used either a little more ambiance or just more people? Also their door (or site? said they closed at 9:30 but some people were just coming in around 9:30 for dinner which seemed weird. Our server was very nice and prices were overall pretty reasonable."

"Ate here during the height of Covid madness and we very impressed. The owner was working all alone with several customers and though an obvious stressful situation for anyone, he was handling it well. Our breakfast was delicious and the Greek salad we also ordered (yes, weird but I love them) was actually one of the best I?ve ever had. The freshest greens! When all the customers were served he made sure he came outside to check on our food. Very friendly to all. Wilshire was a ghost town but it was clear that people were coming from blocks around to eat there. Hoping to visit again on our next trip to LA!"
