"They have been open and professional about their business hours. If Google says they're open from 12pm to 6pm, they are there, ready to serve, and the food is ready. I know I can order and get my food in less that 10-12 minutes... I enjoy the J Chicken, Rice n Peas, Cabbage, and Plantains... Definitely will returnFood: 5/5"

"My husband went to purchase food the customer service he received was very poor. He wasn't satisfied with his meal the owner said no refund nor could he exchange the food for something else.. It was his 1st time trying this restaurant we won't be returning or recommending! people spend their money should be allowed to exchange or get their money back if not satisfied! it's food .. not everybody will like what you serve it's bad business to just dismiss a customers needs like that.."

"On google it wasn’t visible that it’s “Fine dining.” (Photo of proof below) When we arrived she assumed we were ordering “to go.” I asked, “Are y’all not seating people?” She then explained it was fine dining formal attire only. (there were other people in there with t-shirts and tennis shoes on) I explained we were first time customers just happened to be in the area. She kindly could’ve still seated us with an exception. Embarrassed, we agreed to order to go. As we’re ordering she proceeds to say the J and Brown stew chicken doesn’t come with sides? What?! It should automatically come with sides! It just didn’t make sense! Also proof quite clear in the photo of their menu below it states $25 each for both meals and it DOES come with 2 SIDES. A $50 meal costed us $80. How? ?? We finally got our meal and I kindly asked for hot sauce. She then tries to sell me a bottle after being overcharged! ? I said I just need a side of hot sauce. Finally she says “ok I’ll go get it,” but then takes a phone call!!! Our food was already in our hands getting cold. Why didn’t she just get the hot sauce?? The overcharged/overpriced cabbage was salty, the overcharged/overpriced rice and peas was dry and hard, the chicken was just OK. The host was pretty with a pleasant voice but her customer service skills were lacking. I’m still upset and very much so disappointed."
