"The server was a nice lady. The oxtail wasn’t good though. The color was really light and the gravy was watery. The oxtail was mostly fat. And oxtail is my favorite dish period. I also begged not to add too much gravy but the rice was drenched in gravy . I don’t usually leave bad reviews but it was $38.00 and it wasn’t good. I don’t want anyone else having this experience ."

"I am looking forward to small city divers and this place checks all boxes. very friendly staff, groundless drinks/coffee, really funny combinations of directed (about getting their meal "down home.) eating is amazing. the reason why I love diners is because it is a place where they work with the same oriented day in and day and this experience is reflected in taste. I had a fried chicken and wad that were prepared skillfully. only right chicken fillet with the perfect amount of brot, well seasoned. the waffel was not all to write to home, but well done. the experience was so wonderful. the prices are decent for what they get and the quality of eating is amazing. I have lived here for 9 years and I don't know why I haven't come here yet, I guess it didn't appear on my searches, but it's good worth their time and a great place to spend their money."

"I just ordered through Uber eats and your food is amazing! I've been ordering out a lot since Covid and I feel like recently, I have to spend an arm and a leg to receive even subpar tasting food. But this is probably the best food I've had with Uber eats and the pricing was perfect. That mac and cheese is probably the best I've ever had. True southern cooking from the heart. Thank you! I've never left a review for food, but I definitely had to say something. Hoping for all the success to your business. I'm definitely ordering here again. "Guys, I really wanted to like this restaurant. It’s was the closest restaurant within walking distance from the Franklyn Soccer Complex. Let me start off by saying the young lady at the register was super nice and very accommodating . Also, it’s not pricey and the portions are nice. As for the food, it was just okay. I ordered the veggie plate. I liked the collard greens, plantains and cabbage. That’s about it! The rice and beans were not the best I ever had. Would I go back again??….NO!Parking: Plenty of part"
