"We recently dined at the Galleria site and were very disappointed. I was in university and was always great, but this visit to the Galleria site leaves much to be desired. We went during dinner at 6:00 and it wasn't busy at all. We ordered 12 garlic knots and a large paprika pizza and some drinks. We waited and waited for our garlic knots. After another table got her garlic bread, I went and asked where our knots were, and they said he forgot her and said they were out in a minute. A few minutes later, he called us to get knots. I took her back to our table and tried one and it was cold. Not very happy after long waiting for her. I took her back and told the person up there that they were cold and he said he would do more. We waited a few more and then our pizza was ready. We ate a quarter of our pizza before garlic knots were finished. This time they were hot, but they sat in 1/2 inch olive oil and spiced. I had to fish them out of the basket so they wouldn't sit in just oil. Sad to say I would probably not visit this place again if this is the type of service and food quality provided. I really like the pizza, but the garlic knots need work and the service also needs work."

"I'm hooked. I don't know what took me so long to find this place. Classic old school options. Delicious. Incredible prices and value. We will be back, likely tomorrow, and the next day. UPDATE: I DID go back the next day, and it was just as good. (My boss also loved his chicken Philly pita)"
