"We tried this restaurant to use the controls of Shell with the family. The location is beautiful, near the lake, the terrace is spacious and with a pleasant view. The menu finally offers different dishes from those normally offered in most restaurants in the area. The quality of the presentation and the generally of the dishes we have tried is at a good level. The service was not on the level we expect from a 4 star hotel restaurant. We ordered the main dishes 20:00 and in a reasonable time we got the appetizers. After 1 hour, the waitress approached us to ask if we wanted to order a coffee or dessert. We made it clear that we were still waiting for what was ordered before 1h 20m. We were still kind and asked to clean the table from the bird excretion that was released a few minutes before. No excuses she just disappeared. She didn't come in either. After 20min I claimed again and then finally 21:40 we could have our course. 10 minutes later I asked to pay and they wanted to order something, but never served. No excuses, I paid and left. I will never return with friends/family or with customers or colleagues. It's a shame that the kitchen is pretty good."
