"A GREAT PLACE TO ENJOY A CURRY. I've been eating in this restaurant for about 5 years now. The staff are always friendly and the food is excellent. I'd particularly recommend the lam and the chicken pepper and the King Prawn Currie. In short, well worth a visit."

"I ordered a takeaway from Indian Ocean at 17:20 pre-empting it might take a while as it was a Saturday night. Initial delivery time was 18:20, this was later delayed to 19:00. By 19:10 food still hadn 't arrived I contacted the restaurant and was told food was on it 's way and should be 10 mins. 20 mins pass and still nothing I re contact the restaurant and was told it was on its way and would be 10 mins, I expressed concerns that I was told that 20 mins ago and surely if it takes half an hour for delivery the food would be cold, this was met by the response it 's taking longer as I lived too far away (despite being a 12 min drive and within their free delivery radius) Food finally arrived and was as predicted cold. I contacted the restaurant to inform them of this and was initially told it wasn 't (I didn 't release Indian Ocean had telephones that could identify food temperature through them) and was then told if it was it was because I lived too far away. I was constantly told they were very busy and they had regular customers whose food needed to be served otherwise they would be disappointed. I stated that if they are unable to keep up with demand then they should refuse orders to which I was told next time they would refuse mine (not that I 'm worried I would not order from this takeaway again) I then asked to speak to a manager as I was not happy with the service I was receiving I was then left on hold, although I could still here the background noise, for 20 minutes. I was then checked upon three times to see if I was still there before I was hung up on. I called back asking to speak to a manager but was told no one was available I managed to get the name of the person on the phone who called himself Josh as I feel it 's important that his employers are aware of the disrespect he gives their customers. Had I been issued with a simple apology rather than excuses and blame I may have been able to enjoy my tepid flavourless meal however as it stands the majority of it ended up in the bin. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs"

"We went and used a taste card and ordered Tandori mixer grill it was very disappointing. We had that dish many times before so we knew it wasn't right. If you can not cater for customers with taste card please remove from your offer. We had scraps of meat and burned bits covered with boiled potato and onions. Not happy at all. We will not get back there!!!!! Service: Dine in"
