"3 of us went for meal on Thurs. The meals took over an hour to arrive, even though it did not appear to be very busy. Supervisor came out to apologise after we asked where our meals were, she was very friendly and very apologetic, and offered us free drinks while we waited. Food was delicious, once it did arrive. We thought we 'd try them again that maybe the long wait was a 'one off ', but alas no! Only 2 of us this time, and it was a Wednesday night, Schnitzel night, unbeknown to us. We figured if it was a set Schnitzel night they would have things organised and wouldn 't have to wait so long. How wrong we were! 2 meals (schnitzels) ordered at 6.46pm (according to the receipt) and after again following up our meals arrived at 8.24pm. People from all tables were going up to ask the whereabouts of their meals. Mind you once they arrived, there was no faulting the food, it was delicious, but time management is not their forte."
