"Staying at the Budget Ibis [AKA Formula 1] and looking for walking distance evening meal - a quick internet search didn't really show anything up...so off we ventured to the shopping precinct 5 minutes up the road ...subway, maccas, Burger King no no no when we came across the Dosa Villas in a smaller part of the shopping area. Red walls and green tables but Indian families with small children chatting and creating a family atmosphere, having dosas for dinner. We ordered beef vindaloo and saffron rice 12/10, roti bread 10/10 and biryan 7/10 [while very nice with homemade raita- , was looking for more traditional] Next time I will have the dosa too! Prices excellent!!! $4- $15 Service very good with a welcoming chef"

"We ordered takeaway and were very disappointed. 2 x Steamed Rice , Chana Masala , Bhuna , Garlic Naan , Butter Chicken , Cheese Naan , 2 x Pappadums (4 Pcs) The tide was out with most containers only 3/4 full and meat/ chicken hard to find in the gravy.Poppadoms were greasy and unpleasant, naan was dry and spices in the Chana masala were gritty. Not nice at all. A total waste of money and not somewhere we would return to or recommend."
