"This is place makes my favourite food of all time (hard for me to tell my nonna she came in Second)! I'm having to try extra hard not to salivate all over my keyboard while thinking about that decadent, creamy sauce or the warm, fragrant aroma! Nearly every week I try and incept my girlfriend to make the call, and I don't have to push it too hard, because she too reckons it is the best indian food she has ever had too! The staff are incredibly friendly, and the place is a well oiled machine! The food is absolutely amazing!! If you are in the area definitely eat here! If not, make the trip!"

"The most allergy friendly Indian restaurant I have ever been to, and the food is consistently incredible. Can 't believe it 's taken me so long to review this absolute treasure that harkens back to the 'Old Junction '. Milk, egg, wheat, and nut allergy friendly dishes are plentiful. The beef vindaloo, mushroom bhaji, and rice pulao are must gets, but the vegetable pakora and onion bhajia are absolute perfection. They can spice things up or down to your preference upon request. Which ever way you like it, you 're sure to enjoy.Dietary restrictions: Friendly to EpiPen-level milk, egg, wheat, nuts, and fish allergy. Not sure if alterations are made to accommodate, but either way, they 've never made a mistake so all the better. The food is incredible whether you have allergies or not. If you 've been left out of Indian food because of a milk allergy, I feel you. This is the restaurant you 've been looking for."

"This small Indian restaurant is in the heart of Toronto's Cabbagetown -- not a neighbourhood known for elegant dining. But we live nearby, found it on Google, and gave it a try. We were pleasantly surprise. The seating area is small, but it also does a thriving take out business. The décor was attractive, with some great large photographs and cloth serviettes. The food was reasonably priced, well prepared, and delivered hot and quickly. We both asked for medium level of spiciness and it was good that we stopped there. A higher rating might have been life-threatening. The young chap who served us was shy but very congenial and did a great job. There is no attached parking but adequate parking on Parliament and on the side streets. We'll be back. Recommended."

"Ate and drank here twice during our visit. The service was very friendly and professional. Food was pretty darn good and the drinks were cold. We sat outside both visits and really enjoyed the seclusion in the bar area of the outdoor seating. Definitely will visit again on next trip."
