"Really the best chinese food of my life! The shrimp toast was aromatic and the outer flakes. The shrimp lo mein and spicy shrimp with peanuts were also great dishes. Our waitress managed not to make both dishes hot but to keep all the flavors. Even the tea was fragrant and incredible. We'll be back."

"We've been coming here for many years, and it is as consistent as the first time we went, probably 25 years ago. Good caesar salads, great pastas, great veal Milanese, nice fish, and a very good wine list (not crazy expensive, just good choices). The service is also excellent. Owner Paulo and his sons and some longtime veteran waiters make you feel at home and comfortable at all times."

"Previously we visited the villa in its main thing! we were not in petoskey in quite awhile. but decided to take the family to the north last autumn for colors. looking for a nice, fine restaurants we decided to stop in our old stampfplatz. Wow..this place has never made reservations and no one has ever noticed waiting an hour or more for the fantastic experience. now it was necessary to say that the things have changed....no was on the parking lot and we discussed among us where they were open or even in the business, but we tried the door and yes they were open. we were greeted by the snoby little hostess (my man said their name is tracy) they would ever dream of meeting (we regret not to leave at that time) they pointed us in the direction or our table without acceptabilities and was gone, in their haste they must have forgotten to say our waitress, they had a table. because it was a spoon before she appeared on our table to take our weeping order. she must have made a break because she smells grayish smoke! while we were our wee (which was very tasty and quite expensive. the best part of the evening) had enjoyed, others joined and interrupted our meal by loud talk to each other on the other side of the wall. They showed no indication that there was a table with paying customers who tried to enjoy their drinks. this continued during the meal to this wise. our server seemed quite knowledgeable about the menu (which was over price) but still tasty and actually offered us a decent service. but the obnoxic behavior or the hostess and other servers continued throughout our meal. it is so sad and not a wonder that a restaurant that once was a flowering customer and delicious with fantastic service has gone back to such an impoverished level! I regret not being back, nor will I recommend it."
