"Turned up to several tables walking out saying they had been sitting for over an hour with no service. Decided not to wait and try it out as we didn’t have the time to spare. Asked the waitress what wait times would be like and she advised it would be long waits for food and drink. Disappointed as we were looking forward to it and then had to rush finding somewhere else at short notice. Would put me off returning."
