"Maybe the one lowlight of the Budersand at Sylt: while the restaurant is as carefully designed as the rest of the facilities and on first check the menu is promising, food is average and service tends to be rushed. The shrimps in the Thai soup were close to tasting of nothing. The Galloway steak was rather overlooked and meat quality was mediocre. The fish of the day on saffron risotto could not fight back against the quantity if cream and butter. Above all, service was rushed. At the end of the evening the staff was busily and loudly preparing the tables for the following day... We almost heard of sigh of relief from our waitress when we asked for the check and paid."
