"We used to order our wings from here all the time and the food and delivery service was excellent... That was then, this is now.... It started last year when we placed a delivery order and the food took over an hour to arrive, mind you, we live .5 Mike from there, showed up cold and the yet was wrong. The manager at the time made it right by sending our order to us again and the food was hot.... Decided we weren't going to order from them ever again... Until today, we decided to see if they had returned to the place we used to love as far as their food and delivery. We ordered 4 grilled chicken wings with honey BBQ dipping sauce and a side of ranch, 6 regular wings and garlic parmesan tots.... After 50 minutes I called the store, now remember we're a half a mile from them, the guy that answered said the order was out for delivery and would be there in 10 minutes...I think he forgot about the tracker, because after I hung up with him, the chicken popped up on my phone and the order was still at the store, so I'm thinking atleast it won't be cold....WRONG! Followed the driver on the app, he went the wrong direction or if their parking lot, did a u turn, got to my street and turned down a crossroad 2 houses down from me, he must of had to turn around again because he was back up to the main road I live on a main road in UA) and barely pulled into our driveway, gave us our food... Get inside and open up the bag, totally muffed up the order! Instead of grilled wings, I got breaded, regular tater tots- not garlic parmesan as ordered, and no ranch dressing.... Wings were luke warm at best and the tots? Totally cold and disgusting! So that's my second chance $34 order from this place that we'll never ever ever order from again... Fool me once, fool me twice, but NEVER again.... Just so disappointing because they were our go to wings place, not anymore! Oh, and I will be sharing my experience on other social platforms because folks need to be aware that they don't care anymore....."

"It’s a sunny beautifully Saturday we wanted to dine outdoors this location was perfect. Soon as I opened the door we are greeted by a young lady with a smile whom escorted us to the outdoor patio. This was my second time visiting this location first time ate a burger with french fries very tasty. Are server Spencer W made some suggestions since asking what’s your favorite dish? Spencer recommended French dip or an Italian beef. We ordered both with a side salad, both sandwiches are excellent especially the Italian beef. Thank you to the chefs who prepared are dishes."

"I have to say Best BBQ in Ohio! My to go location is Clintonville! Stopped by today and got the Smoked Bologna Sandwich and Pull Pork Sandwich with a side of waffle fries! It was excellent! Customer service is always great there! We are going to try the new restaurant in Granville next weekend! My favorites are the Ribs and the Meat Sweats!!"

"Had a great lunch today at Burnzie's Old Trail. It's a dive and I like it. A hidden gem. Pictured is their Ocean Fried Perch with hand cut fries and this was awesome! The fish was not over cooked and the fries were amazing. Fresh brewed tea was just right. The service was very good and friendly. Prices are great."

"I don't care how long the line is at Chick-fil-A. It can literally be wrapped around the building. However, you will not wait for along period of time. The line moves very quickly and the food is always hot, fresh and delicious. The staff at these locations are always upbeat and very friendly. I think that they are a great reflection of how valuable they are to their employers."

"Seen a couple of franchises pop up lately and gave a try after an evening event. The wings are ok but the other appetizers and entrees worked out better. I tried the load tots which were solid. The wing sauces are flavorful but don't mix well with the wings. Carry out service was meh.... the guy helping seemed to be having a day. May give it another try to see if I just showed up on a bad day."
