"We tried this place for the first time this afternoon. It has a casual atmosphere. Good country cooking. Our waitress was efficient and the food was quick and good. Most everyone got the chicken fried steak which was a large sized portion. Cooked to perfection. I tried the adult grilled cheese. The ?cornbread? that it was on was more like jalapeño toast. It wasn?t tea a cornbread consistency. The jalapeños didn?t overpower the sandwich, which is rare for that sort of sandwich in my experience. Kids portions are great! I have three kids: one got chicken strips, one a burger, and one a grilled cheese. All their food came out first which I appreciate! They enjoyed it very much. Fries are hand cut and fresh, along with homemade ranch dressing and good hot bar full of corn, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans. All around great experience, and great value for the price point! We would definitely visit again!"

"For lunchtime. We're not busy. We order Mozzarella Sticks fried pickles, we ordered eight pieces boneless wings with curly pommes and then I got a grilled chicken children's meal with a Dr pepper unsweetened tea. Our waitress was nice, the food was good.. not dry or burned or greasy. The drinks were great."

"The raider Burger was really good. I didn't realize how big it is so I only ate half. Chips are great. My son got a burger and fries the portion was really big for a kids meal. The key lime pie had good flavor I just didn't like the chunks of cream cheese. Overall great meal for the priceFood: 4/5"

"Good food recommend the gumbo, devils on horseback chips Cajun queseaux for appetizers. Had the Pastalaya mango Mahi for entrée which were good. The pulled pork sandwich stuffed cheeseburger looked delicious will have to try that next time. Had the warm cookie sundae and beignetts for dessert they were good as well. I will have to try the crispy creme bread pudding next time it looks good."
