"I was down visiting my parents in Alice, Texas. I enjoy the IHOP in Tyler, Texas often. This morning my mother and I went to the IHOP in Alice. I ordered the Lemon Ricotta crepes and she ordered the New York Cheesecake pancakes. We waited a while for our breakfast. Only one crepe came out and it was cold. My mother's pancakes were plain. The waitress apologized and said they were really busy but would get her pancakes out soon. So my other crepe was now brought out to me cold. Again waitree apologized and said they were trying their best. Mind you more than half the restaurant was empty as we were there before church. Food was worse than a hotel continental breakfast and service was sub par for the kitchen. Our waitress was apologetic and stuck with what she had. So disappointing Follow up, Zeke the manager, came out and visited with us. Mother's order was remade and was absolutely delicious, light and fluffy pancakes made the correct way with cheese and strawberries. My crepe was remade and was warm and lemon delicious. Thank you for making it right. I appreciate the follow through Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5"
