"If you want glitter, dazzling lights, shiny chrome and bling, do not go here. If you want great food, great service, friendly and local charm and popularity, come to Elbe My third time here, always with business colleagues (yes, we work nearby), and yet...again, they provide great food with great service in slightly down to earth surroundings. This time it was steak with sweet potato fries. Fabulous!! My Japanese colleagues were also very impressed. The menu ranges from deer steak to pizza, so suitable for all tastes and pockets. And great staff too. Friendly, helpful and genuinely smiley. We arrived at on a Tuesday night and it was very quiet. By it was full. Popular!! Yes, if you are in the area....at least then I think you will not be disappointed. Book if you are not eating early. Visit and smile."

"Yes I like this place! It has a great atmosphere and a cosy feeling, and they have some real funny things! For example a link on a post it in the toilet on how to use a paper towel in the right way. Just a funny detail, and I like such things. The coffee is good but a bit expensive. The Chai Latte not sweet enough for my taste. I had a bagel with tomato, avocado and cheese and that was good. The food some other people at my table had also looked really tasty. The staff was very friendly and worked quick. I always love it when a place has a living room feel! It makes you stay very long and you feel at home! We've been sitting there for a few hours waiting for an audition, and for those moments these places are the best!"

"Been here a couple of times over the last two years and it is still four stars , definitely. However, it seems like prices keep going up and quality slowly but steadily going down. The location is great, starters (check out the tuna or beef...tartar) are excellent and the steaks still beat many others in Hamburg. However, you Gotta start wondering if the food is still worth the juicy price and I am missing the wow effect it always had and seems to just not happen anymore."

"Beautiful location in the center of duvenstedt, but the way the personal treated me was enough to not make me back! I had ordered a coffee and an egg and took a place. as a heavy rain shower began the waitress. they gave me out because icy cones are not allowed, in very strange for an ice salon. So I sat in her garden, full of the staff (who showed no sympathy) and was soaked."

"Great early evening dinner here. We sat inside with views across the Aussen Alster. Very scenic. Only had burgers, but they were delicious. Nothing is too expensive, especially given the location. But wouldn’t want to pay any more. Professional and attentive staff."
