"Wow, these waffles are delicious. I've never tasted a waffle like this, it is crunchy and caramelized on the outside and fluffy, flakey on the inside. I got the one with cookie butter and strawberries, raspberry, and whip and was obsessed. My two year old loved the plain waffle. Only complaint is I feel for those employees. Each time I went there was only one employee working, and I felt so bad for them. They were so busy (made wait times for ordering long) and they did great, considering, but it made me wonder if the owners were just being cheap and don't want to pay two people at a time? I can't see how the employees would be happy as is unless they are getting paid for doing 2 peoples work"

"I ordered a matcha from the st george location today. This order came out wrong. I asked for a reorder that ended up still being wrong and I was asked to pay. Instead of being upset I just ordered a different drink that was supposed to be plant based. An employee poured real milk into the blender and didn’t bother to be honest about it. This all sounds bad but I didn’t get upset I just emailed into the store. The manager called me back right away. Refunded my drink, apologized and offered to make me a new drink personally. While it wasn’t the best experience I know everyone has bad days and they still did everything they could to make it right. I’m not sure I’d go back with the same employees working but I would recommend Jamba Juice as a great place for smoothies lunch and breakfast that as a company does there best for there customers. Thanks you to kristy the st George manager."

"Girlfriend and I eat here weekly and order the same thing, Colorado Jack Scramble and I Get Avocado Toast. ALWAYS CONSISTENT AND ALWAYS MY FAVORITE. Also, the remodel is gorgeous and we love it here. Logan served us well today too!"
