"After walking around Frankfurt on a sunny Friday afternoon looking for somewhere to eat, I ended up back at the hotel for dinner. Not that there wasn't a lot of choices in Frankfurt, I just didn't feel like sitting out on my own again. I retreated to the hotel restaurant, which was a mistake. I didn't get my bread (which was very nice) until after my entree, of mushroom soup which was nice apart from the rock hard sun-dried tomatoes that were in it. They decanted a decent bottle of wine for but parked it a long way from my table and my glass was empty more that it was full. The biggest disappointment was the 80 euro wagyu steak that was as good as cold. It had obviously been cooked early and sat under the lights to rest way too long. The quality of the steak was also very average. It wasn't seasoned, and had a texture like it had been defrosted from frozen. The chocolate cake for desert was good though. One star for the bread and one for the cake."

"... there was a family party to eat. There were 2 celebrations at the same time and public transport in the beer garden. There is a full demand for personnel. The service was flashing, there was nothing to suspend. However, the warm dishes were partly too long on the stove, especially the fish had its ideal cooking point long ago. Too bad, otherwise everything was well seasoned and prepared. I kept myself in a very good selection of cheese. With a little less operation, everything is certainly in good order. But whoever accepts so many guests has to handle it."

"The hotel is very romantic from outside. inside the room are very old, but must be clean. the bathrooms are completely renovated and lightning. there is a restaurant in the position to eat various specialties, I had already eaten, looked good, but was also really expensive. the breakfast service was very, very unfriendly. the breakfast buffet was very good, touch too dry, but the choice was good. the room is completely tasteless, but also clean. they look into a beautiful forest valley. single room with breakfast for 65 euro, is also in order. with relatiw simple means you can make this hotel an idyll. but here is missing the love for detail everywhere. I'd give you a good 3.5, but four are too velvety. it is completely quiet and the beds are very pleasant."
