"So I went to lee am solent beach today (18.04.21). I am special. my partner and children are not. we went out after the wait for about 20 minutes outside (see why at the end of this review) an allergen...list for me I asked the server: the ingredients listed “GF”, which I could have within my gf brotes that were available? the male server was going on to tell me that I was the gf brot and all “what ingredients” I wanted from behind. I know that's wrong, because it's just the broth sitting on the back. (have had former gf subway in another city and was very well advised/assisted) as I explained that yes, I understand that the brot comes from the back in individual packages, but arrived down to the bottom, which I could only see a small wide. I asked for Rotisserie chickens. I said they didn't sell it for “Monates and Months”. I suggested that he flag up to Allergen menu updated. I was hit with a shrug and an empty print and made me as annoyed. he then asked, “what did you have?” I reacted with “good what can I have?” I could also see everything touching everything at this point (total cross-contamination) of gf Non-GF ingredients and after the question partners of my try to get a straight answer because I was embarrassed and upset by ignored and falsely informed; he had no luck either. I decided to just say, do not hear any concern, they will certainly not help me and how I could see spreading out everything and no separation for GF food preparation I went out of business. this is not enough for a GF person and I had actually chosen to eat there today among these servers very uneducated guess I would have become very ill. I asked several times what I had and can he help? all other employees could hear me and ask my partner, but ignore the situation. the server decided not to worry less and shameful told me and my partner that as a GF person I could “ANYTHING from the display cabinets because its only the bread that comes GF!!!!” this is clearly not the case. I don't just know because I'm gf, but I was standing with the official (official) subway allergen menu in my hand! I was so upset and didn't trust him that I went out of business and left my partner and kids. I went against a lovely local cafe that gave me the best he could and had met there with nice decent people with good understanding of food allergies. when I met with my partner children again outside the caffe, he said that the man was so rude to him, gave completely false informations about allergens and that he could also see that the whole food was everywhere, touching etc. also not only the server denied what he originally said there was no excuse and my relevant customer only bought their orders because they were already prepared. also the man on the toll was rude and unapocal. I don't want you to be. I'm a kingdom. I want you to have allergy and what is that? I'm going to make a formal complaint. I am happy enough to be well informed and a good understanding of my allergies, as this has been for me for a long time, but many are not or are recently freshly diagnosed. this service, the attitude and the sheer unmistakable of the staff is disgusting and unacceptable. we will never return. also, while on the thema, how poor this place is, at the door it says clearly, no more than two zollen in a time. my partner counted eight people in the load, so we decided to wait outside until everyone left to go into and place order. they did not seem to be afraid that we were four together. broken handsanitiser. I had to remove the lid to get something. no one took care of. no social distancing."
