"They have horrible customer service. I’ve waited over 30 minutes for a bagel and coffee. I’ll never go back. Also, they were white customers that came in after me and they were given food before. That is another reason why I’ll never go. Poor Customer Service and prejudice workers. I am not confused about the Bagel Shop location. Your location is the one near Pratt Institute on Mrytle Ave. Your employees needs to be retrained for customer service. Stop lying for your poor service. Fix your problem, first. Your employees are prejudice and lack proper service skills."
