"Service was good, energetic and enthusiastic...., however we did feel rushed. The food came out quick and hot and overall was exactly as expected. The quality and quantity satisfied and we had no complaints. There is usually a wait for weekend nights, so booking preferred seating via the open table app had us seated perfectly on time...to the dismay of many people who had been waiting for some time. Overall, this chain is on par for a great meal that is a refreshing change over other chains in the area. Give it a try if your in the mood for seafood!"

"(Bartlett/Wolfchase location) we decided to sit at the bar instead of waiting on a table. had to clean after dirty alignment of the previous diner. had to ask for a drink. had to ask for the same drink again. had to ask for a menu. had to ask for a filling. had to ask for the tab. steak was tasteless, scallops were tiny and overcooked, lobster dish had so much season on her she could not taste the lobster. it was a salty catastrophe. overall it felt like we were an invading in their evening. but the cheese biscuits were great."

"We sat on a round table that we enjoyed as it was easier to visit. the noise level was low, which was another plus. the waiter was nice and friendly. eating was good and reasonable. those who got broccoli got a lot. it looked very good. I had the instinct and it was good. we had a nice time."

"It’s Red Lobster so I’m not expecting classic and high end service. Our server was enthusiastic in the beginning, but had the timing of someone who needs lots of training. They interrupted in an abrupt way with no clue how to checkin without being intrusive. My steak was bloody though ordered medium well. Won’t likely go to this location again."
