"Not 4* Phoned and spoke to Eszter and explained that it was my wife 's 30th and she would also be 29 weeks pregnant at the time so just wanted a chilled night away with a spa treatment. Booked the suite with it being a big birthday that I was told was recently refurbished (il get back to this bit) After booking the room I was told I had to book the spa treatment through the spa itself to then find out it was closed on the day of our visit (should have taken this as a warning sign) Thought it would still be nice to get away so still went with it. Arrived at the hotel plenty of parking. Lobby area very smart and no problem with check in. Got to the suite to be greeted with a dirty flannel on the floor from the previous guest. View from the suite over the lake was lovely can 't fault that. The recently refurbished room had a mouldy bath panel and tiles rocking with grout missing. Booked the brassiere for dinner and was not until we sat down we was told we was on a reduced menu that was the same as the bar menu so nothing special and no explanation. Could not find a thermostat to turn the temperature down so the room was too hot to sleep and too noisy to open a window. Last but not least the suite next to us was part of a wedding party so what I hoped would at least be a relaxing morning was disturbed by a constant knocking on the door that started by 7a.m and then a mini salon set up just outside our door with hair and makeup and plenty of noise. Would not recommend this place at all!"

"A table for Sunday dinner at 2pm. quickly advised, waited a few minutes to take place and were then given menus and told to help us the starter table and someone would be over to take our beverage order immediately. the appetizer had very little in both the variety and the amount of food; but we could still find some “Leftover”. return to our table, ten minutes past and we had to take the attention of a worker to our beverage order. after the service of the drinks we were asked for our meals. as Sunday we only ordered the Sunday roast to say that there is no frying of a description left. these informations would have been available before we settled and ordered drinks. as it was, there was nothing else on the menu that we found appetit and so we paid for our drinks. the mini-journey stars on which we were nailed were given us free of charge. my best guess is that there is no chargeable option on the up to the starter table. the noise level was quite loud, but there was a football game, and the bar area is right at the dining room so I can't criticize the village hard for it. just no great experience."
