"The hotel is very conveniently located in Schwabing, right around the corner is Munich's freedom metro station. It is in a smaller street with various gastronomy in the neighborhood (compared to a cabaret stage with very good program). You need to ring, then you can come to the reception via an entrance in a courtyard. The staff is trying, but sometimes a little overwhelmed. The rooms are small but clean and well equipped, but the bathroom is very small. In the upper floors it is somewhat quieter, in summer it is quite loud in the lower floors, and especially on the street side. Breakfast is pretty clear if you want something that has already been used, you need to ask. I had three nights, and only at the last breakfast I saw by chance that you had a scrambled egg on request, so there were a variety of rolls, on the table stood a variety of jams and hard boiled eggs. The offer would have been good at cheaper prices. You should note how to reply: I had asked for the price for 3 nights with breakfast, got 129 euros (which I found as a good price), but unfortunately not to make sure that this price was then named as a night. My fault! But for me, the price-performance ratio was not balanced (even if Munich is known to be more expensive)."
