"A very unusual setting I stumbled on to this restaurant when wondering what Balnea Spa was found out I could get a healthy meal even without the full spa experience. Modern building of glass and wood with glimpses of water features, valleys and...hills. I ordered the prix fixe dinner beet and fennel soup; a take on the three sisters featuring red beans, squash puree and (pop)corn; and strawberries and whipped cream for dessert. Very nice. A bit odd to be surrounded by spa-goers in bathrobes, but it added to a memorable experience."
