"I lower the rating from 5 to 3. Every time I pass by, I come to them for a set lunch. The situation has changed over time. Used to be fast service. Now the wait is 40 to 60 minutes. It 's not comme il faut at all. He came with his wife and child, we got the waiter trainee Marat. Very slow, did not offer to bring a high chair for the baby. We ordered food and waited. Waited. After 10 minutes brought salads. And that 's it, we never saw him again. It 's been 20 minutes since the salads. He paid no attention to us. Once we pulled him out to find out when the rest and soup for the child would be, otherwise he was already freaking out. He said that he would find out and disappeared, he didn’t even say why for so long. Patience snapped and we called the administrator. She apologized for him and then she served us herself and provided dessert as an apology. I wish the management to have a conversation with this intern. Снижаю оценку с 5 до 3. Каждый раз проездом прихожу к ним на комплексный обед. Ситуация со временем поменялась. Раньше быстро обслуживали. Сейчас же в ожидании от 40 до 60 минут. Это вообще не комильфо . Пришел с женой и ребенком, попался нам официант стажёр Марат. Очень медленный, не предложил принести стульчик для малыша. Заказали еду и ждали. Ждали. Спустя 10 минут принес салаты. И все, больше мы его не видели. Прошло 20 минут после салатов. На нас он не обращал внимание. Один раз мы его выцепили,чтоб узнать когда будет остальное и суп для ребенка, а то он уже психовал. Сказал что узнает и пропал, даже не сказал почему так долго. Терпение лопнуло и мы позвали администратора. Извинилась за него и дальше она нас сама обслуживала и в качестве извенений предоставили десерт. Руководству желаю провести беседу с данным стажёром."
