I am an ass in criticizing the gastronomic in the limmattal. no annoying and relaxation when eating pure, that is for me: witschi’s (and only a few more pearls.) witschi’s offers a lot of what I cannot cook in my own kitchen. he has been constantly cooking here for decades; seasonal and peaky.We order oysters, autumn fresh wild boar with mushrooms and root vegetables. the amuse canopy like a wonderful bag consisting of curry snacks, salmon-startare and randenmousse. for selection are also lobster, delicate sticks and bison meat. everything from delicate taste! who creates a vanille soufflé as luculcious as a cloud? we order one to dessert. the passions fruit sauce dissolutely rounds off the sweet. the sorbet cool as againstpool to heat. In the evening eating makes thick! extra you do not use carbohydrates. here at witschi’s this is possible. a reason more to cross here in future more often. witschi’s is an institution, set up like a well-maintained living room at the grandparents home and sensual image for my limmattal. solid, with understatement but always an prise cheerfulness. witschi’s is for special locations and if I want to conjure something very special from my everyday. this love to tip kitchen over so many decades goes through the mag. for this recognizable, it does not need gourmet points.
