"I'm so glad to see they have reopened after the pandemic! They're safety precautions for dining in the restaurant are great! It's my favorite sushi restaurant in Victoria! Absolutely delicious food, the batter on the tempura was so light and flakey. Large selection of bowls and rolls, lots of combination plates to choose from! The rolls were fresh and tasty, generous portions for great prices. Fantastic vegetarian options too! Their specials menus are also super cute- hand drawn by the staff! I definitely suggest checking it out"

"I always thought of Nautical Nellie?s as a tourist trap but after going here for their new brunch launch, I have changed my mind. The food was actually really well prepared, the flavours were balanced, the dishes were different and interesting and theowner and chef truly are trying to show Victoria how much they care. Prices were reasonable and in some cases lower thancomparable restaurants and cocktails and non-alcoholic choices were also well made. I?ll be back for brunch again for sure."

"All the fish is incredibly fresh, they do an especially good yam roll and everything seems very balanced. Salmon and tuna were excellent, unagi was strangely the best I think I've ever had. Great little gem, they seem to take care to make everything flavorful and tasty. Second trip here, will definitely be coming back!"

"We are here for the first time on the new year eve. it is a fun little restaurant with incredible eating. the Grandmakase box would have been enough for 2 people. every article was really good to be totally excellent. we also ordered 3 more dishes that were exaggerated. we took a lot of food after home and had rest for 2 days. I would recommend ordering and adding the omakase if they still have space, which they probably do not. we had the Lychee cocktail and the aco drink. some top favorites were the garnelen bao in bao trio, the brisket lettuce wraps, the mango sushi roll, garnelen tempura and the hamachi sushi"
