"Sai Naam is the most popular place for us in Koh Lanta and Thailand. I and my family come back every year. We always stay in different resorts, but Sai Naam is what we call “home”. The pool is so refreshing, the food is great! The staff is beautiful and always smiles. The apartments/houses are clean and smell nice when you go! "I thought the hotel was very nice. I had a nice studio suite and the purer made a great job. I like the club lounge in the 7th floor with cocktails and kanape in the evening. the breakfast was also very good. thanks to lekki that they are a great host. the children's club is a fantastic area for the children so that the adults can relax at least a few hours on the pool in the 3rd floor or on the roof. thanks to johannes at the pool bar for great service and eating was exceptional. it will stay there next time definitiw."

"The breakfast was nice and the staff there was nice. herr media was also helpful to us, but I must mention some points. 1- later check-in for 3 hours lost 2 luggage for more than 4 hours and when we called them, they said: it could be in the sight that they told us they sent it, but I went into me and found it there. so they always lie. After I took it from me, I called something else, they told me that they sent the bag and asked if I had it or not 3- the hygiene is low. will never be the towel they throw on the floor and the bed sheets will be the same, even if they stay for a week or so, they will never think of a private villa with a private pool. we booked two villas and both pools were only for frogs that were full of frogs especially in the night, 4-7 frogs with fun around the pool or sometimes in it 5- expect no good costume service, they will never be on time except the boot 6- the majority of the coworkers was nice but few. Today, one of the recipes called me and spoke to someone waiting for us. So I respected their time by having booked 2 days earlier and having my luggage ready an hour before, but they will never take care of their time, my dear inhabitants I upload a picture how one of our bags look after the check-out because the will never care about their luggage when it is lost or wet!"

"We stayed at Kalume Resort for 6 days and everything was perfect. The villas are beautiful and large, furnished with great taste. Cleaning is outstanding. The restaurant and pizzeria (with wood-burning oven) allowed us to enjoy very very good dishes. To try: tiramisu (not even in Italy you find it so good) and tortelloni with balsamic vinegar. Even in the preparation of the dishes you can perceive the commitment of the staff. The owners are very kind and available for any need. Highly recommended!!!! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Great view, Romantic, Quiet"

"Great vibe at this hotel and the location is central to everything. Very clean rooms and grounds and friendly staff. I found communication with staff at reception could be challenging, quite often daily housekeeping was not completed leaving us with no bottled water and wet towels. After coming back from big days out our request for some dry towels and water could not be carried out by reception. The pool bar staff are more than accommodating, especially Phad. The buffet breakfast has lots to choose from. I'd stay here again."
