"Sonoma Cafe is one of the most beautiful bakeries in Alexandria. Your sockets in Alexandria is probably your headquarters, in which pastries, bread and croissants are freshly baked. I tried her signature of Brownie and Iceled Latte. Oh man! Her brownie (with nuts) tasted smoothly and rich. Her ice latte was thick and milky. A good time to spend my afternoon with the brownies and croissants while waiting for the rain to stop."

"Really love this place for takeaway. It's quick fresh and you get exactly what you want. <br>

Usual order is duck panang curry, no fault here quite generous with the duck pieces, would love more veg through it. <br>
Pad Thai, can't go wrong with this so yum<br>
And money bags so crispy and coconut-y again very delicious. <br>
The thing I love about Bangkok on Botany is you can make a dish as hot as you want, and add whatever ingredients you love also. <br>

Will become my go to Thai takeaway from now on!"

"Great venue for big party celebrations! All staffs are very friendly and they will make sure every single person on the table are fed well. Highly recommend the mixed meat platter and my favourite was the chicken skewers, they were juicy and tasty"

"I came across Grandma's At McEvoy today bu pure chance. Driving through the area, I had somewhere else in mind but couldn't get a parking spot. Driving on, I spotted Grandma's and pull in. So glad I did. A fusion of cafe, bakery and providore, the staff were pleasantly attentive, the food was fresh and the menu offered a genuinely interesting range of hand made food. It was hard to leave without a couple of tubs of cookies which quickly disappeared back at the office. I'll definitely be dropping in whenever in the area."

"We went to the upstairs dining room and ordered the duck and shiitake wontons, pork belly and scallops and the the slow cooked lamb shanks. All the food was beautifully prepared and top quality produce.<br>

We enjoyed the house cabsav (Mawson's) and the white Rabbit dark ale with the meal. <br>
This place is a true find and is extremely good value for money.<br>

"We bundled ourselves down to this little non-descript doorway from Mitchell Street.When I walked in, I felt like I was at home.We were greeted by the owner and the staff and settled ourselves down. Latte's ordered, and yes, I went the tumeric latte, delicious, we pondered the menu. It is by no means a big menu for brunch (until 3.30 I think it was), but, the food descriptions were mouth watering. While I was unable to get scrambled egg as an alternative cooking method, that certainly didn't phase me. The waitress was very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. She had a great attitude.It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but, within 30mins, it was nearly full and there was a line up outside the door for coffee and it was raining quite heavily. Now, that says something.The food looked fantastic and tasted just as good. I wished to go another meal, but, I was too full from the first one, but, I did go a second tumeric latte.Definitely putting this gem on my 'must visit again list'."
