"We arrived at our B&B late, a little concerned about where we might get dinner on a Sunday night in what felt like such a remote location to two city dwellers like ourselves. After leaving the hustle and bustle of lively Bilbao (and after two days of eating only pintxos), finding this little traditional basque haven in the hills was a welcome surprise. The padrons were salty goodness treats, followed by some tasty baby octopus, a luscious seafood paella and a cheeky cheesecake to finish. We were more than surprised, we were massively impressed. Would definitely come again if we found ourselves in the area. The service was fantastic too with the waitress being very patient with our terrible local language attempts! Highly recommended."

"A good place to stop and replenish forces, they had several products, which other times I have passed there was not so much variety, I also call the attention that there were a lot of personnel of Maghreb origin, perhaps because of the passing operation of the strait, the truth is one since sometimes those people have difficulty with the language and it is good and important that people of their origin and speak their language.
