"After a diversion through the Czech and Czech cuisine in the magnificent tourist catering in my pension and the other end of the quality scale zartrosa, 3 finger high steak in a hotel restaurant – speciality of the house I came back in Germany. the beautiful katja, with which I have a klammmigration in hrensko on the morning recommended me the mühlenbäckerei in schmlika. bakery with flour from own mill. teigkringel with hershy filling and twill cake as big as car wheels – I can't say no. the day is still young and the “Great Winterberg” call. so the baggage is thrown into a pension in a small bag and the day bag is strapped. Berg-an is the most water-rich source of the Saxon Switzerland – the water bottles are filled. by the way, the resulting whistle drives the mill wheels. a few hours later, the 25 km of the day has evolved – ok it was also a small boat ride in the klamm. I have starved in the mill. beer garden and dining room are very good in the pictures. the service forces behind the self-service counter have turned historically. a coherent image. the rustic food with velvet, please see the photos. because the swirl cake smiles to me 3,50 € for the disc on the afternoon, it is set to any case. the podemuser bratwurst with homemade potato salad €4.80 . These prices are simply top for the organic quality offered and the sustainability claim. the bevelled cake from the wood-coal oven, chilled and heated for me, has a little juicy?! with a juicy bevel mullet. How do you get that? the bratwurst is very spicy and fits perfectly with the creamy light potato salad for me. but only to spit, I would have wished for some spicy pieces; probably there are not these in organic quality. the whole is accompanied with a white a-free for 3,90 €. This is also suitable for the ethyl alcoholists from the beer factory. all others also find something from the exotic softdrinksortiment for düsseldorfer. very, very tasty. my recommendation for all in the opposite necessary back!"

"We're here two times and come back. it's all in order. the hotel is cozy. the kitchen imaginatiw, handmade simply good and tasty. the service friendly! the house is very clean and well maintained, the garden lovingly planted. here it is peaceful and beautiful. we want to highlight the grill evenings! pork from smoker grill is too kneeling. the chef has a hand for aromen. good wine card!"

"My boyfriend insisted as he saw it was a bio restaurant, with 'modern international cuisine ', in a 4* hotel. Very nice decor, very elegant, yet unfortunately we had a very bad experience. Dinner for two. I cannot eat paprika nor pepper allergy), so ALL the dishes, including a large portion of the salad bar were out of option, because the sauces were pre prepared with pepper. After two discussions with the chef, the waiter told me that they could prepare some fresh cooked pasta for me the only thing that I could eat of the full menu! : My boyfriend ordered the bio lamb, cooked with a wine which was more of a paprika sauce). He got food poissoned. He started feeling bad already by the time we left the restaurant, and spent the whole evening throwing up. We had to go to the hospital, were he was diagnosed with food poisioning. Might be bad luck, but it was a terrible experience!"
