"I've been coming to Angry Garlic for over 5 years, and, a word of caution, they're about to get slammed. Over the past 5 years I have never had a bad experience at Angry Garlic, the food and service have always been exceptional. However, tonight was very disappointing and the owner's presence normally welcome here, is sorely missed as his attention is unfortunately 100% focussed on the smokehouse just a few yards down the road. I sat at the bar where my drinks and food service were subpar. After over 30 minutes of waiting for my food order, which has never has taken longer than 10-12 minutes, I questioned the bartender as to why it was taking longer than normal (I just ate here a week ago). What I received was defiance and an insistence that food tickets normally take more than 30 minutes. No apology, no recognition that something was wrong with their process, but an insistence that I was wrong! She's not very customer focussed and clearly cares more about her own ego than the needs of her customer's. By the way, I still gave her an exceptional tip, even though she didn't come close to earning it. I hope the owner fixes the issue asap, if he does I'll be back, and continue to reccomend it to my family and friends. If not, the experience I had will determine their future, I can't be the only person who's noticed the drop in quality and service since the owners been focused on the smokehouse."

"In response to Colleen Butler's review. Sammy Malones's is NOT for sale, so before speaking about something, perhaps know factually what you are talking about. The bartender has no access to the cameras and if you were over charged, maybe making acall to the owner would correct the issue. In response to Laura Henry.. Living in Bville for over a decade and its the firsttime you ever came in to a place that has been there 16 years? Sammy's was the only place open other than Sal's on Sunday. Thebartender told each customer that the food was going to take longer than normal due to the fact that there were so manycustomers who came in and ordered at the same time. EVERY restaurant has either a wait for a table or a wait for their foodnowadays. There are serious staffing shortages. So either she does not go out to eat often to know this or is just being nastyfor no reason? Either way, both of these reviews are bogus!"
