"This can be a random review, but I ordered a sandwich from here by uber eats, not to realize that it was a convenience store and was hit with the most delicious sandwich I had in quite sometime. it was a pure curry chicken sandwich and it has blown my socks off. added, I starved at that day after a hectic movement and would probably have thought that karton tasted good with a little aioli, but I again and ordered again and it was just as good! it is in confusing cummings center, so it was a bit difficult to locate first, but if you know where it is, it is smooth sailing. I recommend this sandwich and will always treat myself to it."

"In a search for “best lobster roll in Beverly,” Joe’s On A Roll came up in the Google search results. I checked out the reviews and decided to give it a shot. This is kind of an out-of-the-way location that used to be a food truck before it became a permanent building. There are about four parking spaces in front of the building and no seating indoors. There is a bench out front that would allow for a place to sit and eat, however, I opted just eat my lunch in my car. This is the kind of place that when you see it, you know it’s kind of like a gem for the locals and the neighborhood. There was a walk up window with menus posted beside it and I placed my order for a hot buttered lobster roll combo. In about four minutes, my order was ready and the service was friendly and fast. They take cash as well as credit/debit at Joe’s. The chips offered were either a bag of Cape Cod plain or Salt and Vinegar and there were various cans of soda, tea and bottles of water available. I opted for the Salt and Vinegar chips and an Arnold Palmer tea. All of that was just as expected, but the absolute hit was the lobster roll. This is sometimes called a Connecticut style lobster roll and it was definitely delicious. The lobster was plentiful, buttery and so tender. It just melted in my mouth and was just perfect. The bun was toasted just right and I’d guess this roll had about 4 ounces of lobster, which was not bad for $20. They do offer the lobster roll in the traditional cold mayo variety, but I was just in the mood for something different and I would absolutely order this again. This lobster roll was the perfect size for a lunch portion and I will definitely be back the next time I travel to Beverly.Parking: There are about 4 spaces in front."

"The only reason why this place does not rate a 5 is the fact that it does not fantasize narrow. since I can't have the value of a place, whether they have cloth tablecloths, five stars or not. the service and seafood were excellent. no tablecloth, so whatever. their not paying for the situation and there was a nice friendly crowd there. we had lobsters and baked meeres fruit cakes (which I could make addiction. fresh! bay scallops! great claw and perfect garlic potatoes. so I had no simple warm and they were beautiful for decades. Generally, I think American little breweries hit me over the head with their ipas, but beverly has one of a local channel marker brewery that makes a superlative, and anchor wears it. If I ever come back that way, I come back to anchor again. I'll never forget it."

"The main issue I had with my experience is the next day I checked my CC and noticed I was charged double from what I signed. I reached out to the restaurant and never heard back. My bank looked into it and I got my money back. I have heard from others of similar issues there. Honestly the food has gone downhill and service is just ok. It’s not worth it whatsoever. I just want to warn other people to keep all receipts as this will likely happen again."
