"We had lunch in the outside area over the road, and greatly enjoyed watching life on Allées Paul Riquet. The menu offers a good choice, not just pasta and pizzas. The waiter was very pleasant and attentive, and the tables were not loaded with the umpteen polished glasses and linen napkins which promise a lengthy, expensive and torpor-inducing meal. My wife had a grilled steak with salad and frites, which she said was excellent. I had a Perigordine salad, which contained very generous amounts of both smoked breast and gesiers, together with a side order of frites. I loved it. That, with a couple of pichets of well chilled rosé, cost 28 Euros. Pretty good.Yes, it is touristy, but that's what we were. There must be quite a few of us around Béziers, so it's no crime to cater for us. Purists might find lots to be sniffy about, but for us it was just fine. We'll certainly go again."

"Our visit dates from August 7th to the evening we discovered this restaurant in this pretty alley. The welcome is very pleasant, the smile and the bet. We all took pizza. They are very good, like service, smiling and generous! desserts too were very good. If I had to make a remark it is the fact that I did not see a child menu: suddenly pizza for my 5-year-old son was huge (he nevertheless enjoyed it!)Best thanks ladies for this great evening!"

"This place sells probably more than 50 different beers and loads of great wines too. We stopped for lunch which seemed to be mainly burgers, fish and chips, moules and salads. I showed my gluten free card to them and although it seemed that they hadn 't come across it before, they couldn 't have been more helpful. I had a fantastic salad with egg, tuna, olives, etc and they triple checked the dressing was suitable for me. My dining companions enjoyed their food too, especially the veggie burger and beer ! The staff are very friendly and the inside of the bar very interesting,"
