"Water is so cold, but feels great. You have tables in the river so you can sit and drink. You can buy food and drinks there, but you can also bring what you want. They also have very loud music, baths and pools."

"Worst maintenance I have seen in a long time. Front desk employees are definitely not friendly. The green areas are nice. It is a shame because it has potential, but at the moment I would not recommend the place. The restaurant service is not as expected from a hotel. Difference between the food ordered and what you receive id shameful. The room has safety issues with exposed power wires. The bathroom you will have the choice to boil or freeze. Needs work and maintenance!!!"

"I spent a total of three nights in this hotel. While the property is nice, reasonably priced at 1400 pesos a night, my big surprise came when on my last day room service provided new towels, cleaned the room and left it in good order or so I thought .... On the morning of my departure I unfortunately had to notice that my personal shampoo had been watered down. Someone had emptied a good portion of my shampoo and so I would not notice added water to make up the difference. In all my travels this was the first time something like that happens. The property is otherwises ok. Thanks to that little trustbuster I will never stay at that hotel again."
