"I come here every Tuesday night for bingo. The last two weeks we have had the worst server. Forgot or messed up our order every time continually brought us the wrong drink we asked for silverware to eat our dinner. 15 minutes later as we sat with cold food I got up and asked the bartender for silverware. At which point the waitress said did you need something. I said yes the silverware we asked for 15 minutes ago. We usually get good service but this makes me never want to come here again"

"The room price was excessive for what seems to be a fairly old hotel that was simply given a flash of color and accessories to make it look trendy. I arrived late in the night after a full day of drive and the parking lot was full. I was told I couldn't park on the street, but the parking service was available. I was annoyed that the location was missing adiquate parking to meet the needs of the guests staying in the hotel. when I received my reception, there was a night parking fee that I had not been informed would be there. they have enough parking for their room paying guests or do not charge them if they compensate their lack there."

"I’ve been here just for the occasional lunch or dinner and they are always really good. This time, I ended up placing an order for 60 people and they were AMAZING. The food was super fresh, the service was awesome, and it was all boxed up and they even loaded it into my car for me! I’m super impressed and will definitely be back for more."

"The food is amazing here by far our favorite restaurant in Bozeman. My only complaint is that the seating is not terribly comfortable and we were seated at a table near a wall of windows which, given the time of day, required the shades to be completely drawn because the sun was blinding."

"Among the other more upscale restaurants in Bozeman, Urban Kitchen stands out for feeling more, well, urban. The exposed concrete walls and somewhat industrial decor create an interesting atmosphere that’s still inviting. The food was excellent, it’s clear that the kitchen puts pride into their work. The homemade pasta was delicious, the burger (and fries! were very satisfying, and the lemon zest in the brick chicken was the perfect touch that made the dish shine. We had the lavender lemon crème brûlée for dessert, which was well balanced and very subtly flavored. The service was excellent as well. The one thing that made this four stars instead of five was the chairs. They’re so uncomfortable! It’s virtually impossible lean back and relax because they’re too low and dig into your back. Maybe just a touch too “urban”."

"Give the girl working the cash register a raise (4:30 Sat Oct 16 wish I got a name). Bubbliest, friendliest person I have met. She took my order, checked to make sure no one else was in line and struck up a conversation on what my friend and I were doing in Bozeman. It was refreshing to feel welcomed. I was struggling with the menu and narrowed it down to two things I thought I would like. I asked her for a suggestion and unlike other waiters who give an unhelpful 'everything is good here ', she pointed me to the Monkey Wrench with a level of confidence that was admirable. It did not disappoint. Delicious! It is self service. The food came out pretty fast and was piping hot. I like how the restaurant is slightly away from main street. Less bustle. More enjoying your food. Definitely recommending this place to everyone. Reusable silverware would 've been nice. I always feel terrible using plastic cutlery at a dine in restaurant."
