"Had a delicious mushroom quiche and small crispy Caesar salad along with a small chocolate dessert. Freshly brewed iced tea was good with lemon and clear syrup for sweetening. Water in an old fashioned milk bootle was an inter sting touch. Waitress was friendly and helpful. Although we were ahead of the rush for lunch there was no pressure to leave . Enjoy this neat little spot. Pat"

"Started the day with a breakfast at the restaurant overlooking the river. A great view to enjoy in the morning. Breakfast choices were ordinary for American food, eggs, omelettes, pancakes, fruit etc, served in generous portions for hearty appetites. reasonable pricing $8.50 - $15"

"Nice gluten free restaurant / bakery. The cinnamon buns were very tasty. The brownies are good too but one would be enough for 2-3 people to share as they are very rich & chocolatey. They have 5-6 tables for eat-in."

"Great place in Bracebridge. I had the smoked sandwich with a poutin. The smoked sandwich was very good the sauce the meat ratio was amazing! The poutin was not the best, but decent. All French fries are cut a little bit as well, but that adds some character. The staff was very nice and very helpful!"

"I stopped in for 3 pitas one was a small very simple pita for a 3 year old. Simply ham cheese and mustard the lady making our pita dumped about half a bottle of mustard on our 3 year olds pita. We paid 6.00 for something she couldn't even eat:("

"We were on our way to Orillia, and briefly stopped for a take out meal today. The sign said, 'wait to be seated '. No one showed. I decided to walk up to cash. The girl was very unfriendly. She acted like I was putting her out. She handed me a menu. I made 2 quick selections, hoping the food would be better than the service. Once I paid, I looked into the kitchen. I saw several females and a male cook. None were masked or gloved. One lady actually went from making food and serving to using the cash without once cleaning her hands! A customer (known to the group) walked into the kitchen from the street and was leaning over the food as it was being prepared. I waited over 45 minutes. At no point did the server apologize for the delay or offer me a chair. I basically, dodged back and forth as servers flew past me. I was fed up and about to ask for my money, when the order finally arrived. She tied the bag and handed it to me. I quickly left. Once in the car, we drove to an area where we could eat, and found that she hadn 't given me utensils or serviettes! I couldn 't eat the salad without a fork so ended up taking it on the long journey home. The dressing was overpowering. My husband ate his meal in the car while it was still 'fresh '. He said the chips were soggy and tasteless. In all, it was a bad experience. Added to that, I strongly feel this restaurant should be examined for health standards."
