"Regrettably one has few choices for eating out in this rather sad looking French village in the evening. Many of the buildings in the town were closed and looked run down. Our evening menu had limited items so I chose the "hache" (French for mince) and salad. The slab of mince, utterly devoid of any spices or taste, arrived accompanied by a salad consisting of lettuce and lettuce only. No tomatoes,onions or any other accompaniment. What a sad example of French cuisine!"
